Launch

Launch is a Workshop & Success Coaching Program that consists of three parts:

1. You will attend a half-day workshop which includes a catered lunch. In this workshop you will:
   • Learn about the importance balance plays in your overall success, both personally and professionally.
   • Discover exactly where you may be out of balance.
   • Identify significant goals you want to accomplish and have one goal clarified and broken into manageable pieces, ready for accomplishment.
2. You will have a one-hour, one-on-one coaching session with one of our elite coaches. In this coaching session you will:
   • Receive additional coaching on your goals
   • Be held accountable for commitments made during the workshop.
   • Further clarify your top goal and have a clear vision of how you can accomplish it, and the confidence that you will.
3. You will have continued access and accountability to your coach for 12 weeks following the workshop. During this period you will continue to work on your goals and account to your coach for your progress.

Velocity

Velocity, the sequel to Launch, is a Workshop and Success Coaching Program that consists of six parts:

1. You will attend a full-day workshop which includes a catered lunch. In this workshop you will:
• Learn about The Core 4: Principles of Personal Success™
• Learn to apply the success principle of VISION as you discover your Personal Mission, Vision and Values and the role they play in achieving lasting motivation to accomplish your goals.
• Learn to apply the success principle of VOICE as you learn how to better communicate with others enabling you to better understand, and to be better understood.
• Learn to apply the success principle of VITALITY as you learn how to renew yourself & achieve balance to be the best you that you can possibly be.
• Learn to apply the success principle of VELOCITY and the importance of systems and how to sustain the kind of Velocity required to overcome life's inertia, gain momentum, and achieve repeated and lasting success.
2. Following the workshop you will have 4 scheduled, one-on-one coaching sessions with one of our elite coaches. In these coaching sessions you will:
   • Be held accountable for completing your Mission, Vision, and Values work you started in the workshop.
   • Receive further clarification on and accountability for applying The Core 4: Principles of Personal Success™ to specific goals and areas of your life that you choose.
   • Work on achieving the goals you established during your workshop experience.
3. You will have continued access and accountability to your coach for 16 weeks following the workshop. During this period you will continue to work on your goals and account to your coach for your progress.

Orbit

Coming Soon: —$1,697.00

Orbit is a 2.5-day retreat at a premium resort. This retreat/workshop is all about balance, giving you ample opportunity to relax and have fun. However, the ultimate purpose is to afford you the opportunity to immerse yourself in time-tested proven principles of effectiveness culminating in a written plan and strategy for application when you get back to the "real world". But you're not on your own when the workshop is over because the retreat is followed by 6 weeks of one-on-one coaching with one of our elite coaches who will help you further clarify your plan, apply the principles and strategies learned, and hold you accountable for specific commitments you choose to make each week.

One Year—$11,900.00

• Weekly 30-minute Sessions for 1 year from start date (no fewer than 40 sessions)
• Client check-in via phone and e-mail as needed
• Coaching Topics and Areas of Focus chosen by client

Six Months—$6,900.00

• Weekly 30-minute Sessions for 6 months from start date (no fewer than 20 sessions)
• Client check-in via phone and e-mail as needed
• Coaching Topics and Areas of Focus chosen by client

Three Months—$3,900.00

• Weekly 30-minute Sessions for 3 months from start date (no fewer than 10 sessions)
• Client check-in via phone and e-mail as needed
• Coaching Topics and Areas of Focus chosen by client

One Year—$24,900.00

• Weekly 30-minute Sessions for 1 year from start date (no fewer than 40 sessions)
• Onsite, In-depth, Introductory Consultation prior to first coaching session
• Onsite "Graduation" Consultation at conclusion of coaching program
• Client check-in via phone and e-mail as needed
• Client receives Coach's private cell phone number for "critical" contact between sessions

Six Months—$14,900.00

• Weekly 30-minute Sessions for 6 months from start date (no fewer than 20 sessions)
• Onsite, In-depth, Introductory Consultation prior to first coaching session
• Client check-in via phone and e-mail as needed
• Client receives Coach's private cell phone number for "critical" contact between sessions

Six Months—$6,900.00

This program is for those who desire to be trained as a coach.  This training program includes:

• On-site, one-on-one, workshop (we come to you for two "Train-the-Coach" workshops on consecutive days)
• Weekly 30-minute Sessions for 6 months from start date (no fewer than 20 sessions)
• Experienced help in building your coaching business (prospecting, home office set-up, resources, study material, etc.)
• Begin coaching your own clients while still being coached by your own coach
• Client check-in via phone and e-mail as needed
